Alternative shipping options are provided for certain countries using DHL Express and USPS, however we do not cover those fees & you must fill out the information they require. If your country requires additional information regarding your address to be provided, you must comply in order to receive the product.

All shipping time estimations currently on the product pages are based on delivery within the United States. Products are typically shipped within 9 days.

We currently have no estimates for all other countries; estimates will be actively added based on order history when purchases are made.

RAVENSHIP holds true that we will charge no deliver fees for any purchases, however a flat charge is added to your cart for certain nations based on costs imposed on our suppliers.

Customers in Switzerland must pay an additional $2 USD fee.
Customers in Iceland, Argentina, Australia, and Puerto Rico (U.S.) must pay an additional $5 USD fee.
Customers in Finland, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and India must pay an additional $8 USD fee.
Customers in Brazil and Saudi Arabia must pay an additional $12 USD fee.

While it is highly unlikely you will be taxed, RAVENSHIP must comply with additional taxes enforced by your nation's government and cannot compensate you for them. Taxes are not part of our displayed prices, please let us know if customs reach out to you and we may provide suggestions.

Please respond within 1-2 business days if this occurs. If the customer does not respond and the package fails to be delivered, we do not cover redelivery fees if this occurs.
For a full refund, please see our refund policy regarding quality guidelines.  

If a product was marked as delivered and the customer has not reached out to us within 7 days regarding any issues, we may not provide a refund or compensation for delivery issues. Please reach out to us ASAP!
